Design is where the expensive mistakes get caught. The free site visit covers how the sun moves across the yard, where water goes after rain, what is worth keeping and how you want to use the space. In the paid design phase we turn that into a plan and 3D renderings you can adjust, and only then price the build as a fixed contract.
